“Day Of” Service Package

Planning Phase

• Meet with couple 3 weeks before the event to gather information 
• Confirmation of all selected vendors
• Provide "Day of" checklist and reminders to bride and groom
• Orchestrate and assist with ceremony rehearsal up to 2 hours 

Execution Phase

Coordinating and executing your wedding day:

• Oversee set up of Ceremony and Reception sites: Decoration services may be purchased from Loving Foundations
• Set up all personal items (including programs, favors, escort cards, unity candle, cake items, etc.)
• Distribute personal flowers
• Coordinate & execute flow of Ceremony & Reception
• Coordinate reception formalities
• Oversee all vendor commitments
• Deliver final payment and/or gratuities to vendors
• Ensure all Ceremony & Reception items are packed and placed in designated location (guest book, unity candle, cameras, gifts, etc.)
• Provide Emergency Kit
• Receive deliveries and greet vendors on wedding day
• Ensure things are running on schedule
• Attend, oversee and direct wedding day ceremony & reception (up to 8 hours)
• Ensure as much as possible a stress-free day for the bride and the groom
